After an extensive fire, in which most of the building and fittings were destroyed, SPACEibs were hired to help renovate the property, improving the structure and layout, and decorate the interior. After assessing the level of damage throughout, we identified areas where costs and time could be saved.

SPACEibs project managed and sourced all the elements necessary to facilitate the reconstruction of the building, including demolition and clear out and designing bespoke elements, for example, the bar area. SPACEibs also sourced skilled tradesmen, for example, electricians, plumbers, joiners, decorators, air conditioning suppliers, alarm system installers and suppliers, plasterers, window manufacturers and environmental agencies.

The whole project was managed with regular visits from SPACEibs’s project manager, often on-site to ensure everything was implemented and of the highest quality throughout the renovations.
