SPACEibs use skilled tradesmen to help property developers in improving and renovating their houses across West Yorkshire.

SPACEibs were called into a property in South Wakefield which needed a complete sanitation before extensive interior and exterior building and redecoration. We began with a full survey of the premises before formulating a plan of action.

The property was decontamination before being fully cleared. SPACEibs team of joiners  replaced joists and floorboards and fitted a bespoke kitchen while additional fitters replaced the bathroom suite. Our electrician tested and replaced electrics where necessary. A team of decorators plastered and painted the property, and dealt with a severe damp issue, whilst landscapers renovate the garden and fitted new fencing and gate.

As the property owners were working to an extremely tight budget, SPACEibs worked closely with them, within the timeframe and budget.
